John Zhongbin Sun

Born in 1971, John holds his Bachelor's degree of Science in Physics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, a Master's degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiaotong University, and an EMBA degree from CEIBS. He immigrated to Canada in 1998 and founded a software company, Suntek, in Toronto in 2001 as CEO. In 2007, he returned to China to establish SFC, and led it to be successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2023. John is committed to applying state-of-the-art technologies and artificial intelligence to vertical industries for social progress. In light of his pre-eminent leadership, boldly ground-breaking mindset, and profound understanding of the most modern and advanced breakthroughs, John directed SFC to integrate AI with cross-border e-commerce, logistics service, intellectual property, human resources, etc.

Yuanqiang Liao

Born in 1986, Yuanqiang holds his Bachelor's degree from South China Agricultural University and a Master's degree in Statistics from Jinan University. Before joining SFC, Yuanqiang was a credit analyst at Huawei Technologies, and a data scientist in the Strategic Planning and Analysis Department of MGM China Holdings. Yuanqiang joined SFC in 2021 and currently assumes the director of data science and SFC's deputy general manager. Adept in business analytics, data modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, Yuanqiang has built up and reinforced SFC's data middle desk. He manages SFC's cross-border e-commerce and logistics businesses.

Hua Jiang

Born in 1983, Hua graduated from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Zhongshan Institute with a Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce. Hua started his career in SFC in 2007 and has assumed roles as senior programmer, IT manager, IT director, CTO, and director of xLab. As SFC's founding member, Hua contributed to SFC's IT architecture and engineering implementation. Over the past decade, he has organized and delivered hundreds of software applications, such as SFC's logistics, e-commerce, and internal management systems. Hua oversees the technical management of SFC's artificial intelligence laboratory (xLab) and the engineering of AI SaaS.

Zhu Zeng

Born in 1987, Zhu holds his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Management from Harbin Institute of Technology. Zhu has been with SFC immediately after graduation since 2012, and has successively held positions such as sales supervisor, sales manager, director of product operations, director of logistics service, and COO. Zhu is an insightful manager with distinctive business design and operations management philosophies. He develops a set of professional management exemplars for cross-border e-commerce and supervises SFC's e-commerce operations center.

Zhangbin Deng

Born in 1977, Zhangbin holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Law from Nankai University. Before SFC, Zhangbin was a researcher at the Tianjin Academy of Social Sciences. Zhangbin has stayed with SFC since 2007. His past roles were e-commerce sales supervisor, sales manager, audit manager, director of logistics service, and director of strategy and development. As SFC's founding member, Zhangbin possesses an in-depth comprehension of the cross-border e-commerce industry and substantial management expertise. He heads xLab's product planning and design.

Huifen Zhu

Born in 1987, Huifen graduated from Lanzhou University, majoring in Journalism. Previously, she was the securities affairs representative at Inhemeter and Tongyi Industry. Huifen has nearly ten years of experience in securities affairs, solid theoretical knowledge, and substantial practical experience. She takes charge of SFC's Board office.

Ruiguang Zhang

Born in 1983, Ruiguang graduated from Sun Yat-Sen University with a Master's degree in international law. His former roles were capital market lawyers at Guangdong Guangda Law Firm and Beijing JunHe Law Firm. Since December 2014, Ruiguang has been the executive director at Ants Capital, specializing in growth investments and M&A transactions.

Jinshan Sun, CPA

Born in 1964, Jinshan began his career as a lecturer at Suzhou University, Anhui Province. He then proceeded as the deputy managing partner of Anhui Province Suzhou Accounting Firm, partner of Shenzhen Zhongzhou Accounting Firm, deputy director of the Finance Department and College Office of Shenzhen Institute of Technology, and deputy director of the college library.

Xing Fang

Born in 1972, Xing holds an EMBA degree from CEIBS. Xing used to work with Procter & Gamble and Jabil. Xing is now the Chair and CEO of Sinexcel (SZ : 300693).

Lianming Bo, PhD

Born in 1963, Dr. Bo graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with his PhD in Business Administration. Dr. Bo has assumed senior positions in gigantic conglomerates. He was formerly the Chief Accountant of Shenzhen Airlines, Chair and CEO of China Star Optoelectronics Technology, Director and President of TCL Group, Chair and CEO of TCL Multimedia, and Director and General Manager of Appotronics. Dr. Bo founded and chairs Mingwei Management Consulting. Presently, Dr. Bo is the independent non-executive director of Kingdee International (HK : 00268) and the independent director of Soybean Network.
